Approach

  • Discovery interviews and joint workshops with central and field marketing personnel (may also include IT, Finance, other groups)
  • Perform rapid detailed analysis of operational model and engagement strategy and capabilities
  • Formalize roadmap action plan to ensure key priorities addressed in context of bigger vision
  • Provide high level benefit analysis to validate human resource, external services and technology investments

  • Future state vision, requirements, and priorities
  • Prioritized Action Plan (quick hits, longer term strategies, organization alignment, technology investments)
