This national specialty retailer had grown through acquisition creating silos within their operational structure. Further the client was challenged with outdated software solutions that had become increasingly expensive to maintain and operate.

In addition, Coffee + Dunn was asked to redefine critical marketing process to drive collaboration and efficiency. Both challenges also required C+D to develop a robust change management program to ensure executive, stakeholder, and user level adoption.
Coffee+Dunn assisted client in the full transformation of their marketing capabilities including the implementation of leading marketing resource management solution and BI platform. The implementation included a redefinition of work processes, operational strategy, marketing financial accounting, campaign planning and execution, digital asset management, review and approval, and operational and management reporting.
Serving over 200 users, and supporting over 800 retail outlets in 40 states, this transformational program won the Microsoft Visionary Award for Marketing Management (globally) in 2015.
