Federal Agency Automates Constituent Marketing

Situation

This federal government agency, made up of seven distinct bureaus, struggled with numerous silos within their operational structure.  Further the client was challenged with outdated software solutions that had become increasingly expensive to maintain and operate.

Challenge

Coffee + Dunn was asked to help the client transition to a modern Marketing Automation solution that would fully integrate with their CRM solution.  In addition, Coffee + Dunn was asked to redefine critical marketing process to drive collaboration and efficiency across the bureaus.  Both challenges also required C+D to develop a robust change management program to ensure executive, stakeholder, and user level adoption.

Solution

Coffee+Dunn performed the end-to-end planning, design, configuration, testing, training, and deployment of a leading Marketing Automation solution for seven bureaus within this complex federal agency.  Coffee+Dunn led project discovery workshops and interviews, developed the marketing automation architecture, configured campaign management capabilities including lists, campaign flows, landing page forms, email templates, A/B testing, response tracking, and reporting. 

Result

The project established a common operational process and technology across the individual bureaus that make up the agency and established foundational framework for communications with bureau constituents.
