Situation

A $900M Occupational Health Provider had never done digital marketing before.  With new leadership they were poised to launch a new strategy, but lacked the technology to make it happen.

This large national enterprise was challenged to reinvent a sales driven culture where marketing was largely positioned as "sales support".  With a small but motivated marketing team, the company embarked on a quest to develop new digital marketing strategies and implement a leading marketing automation solution to bring those strategies to life.

Solution

Coffee + Dunn worked with sales and marketing leaders to define their lead generation and conversion strategy.  To automate the strategy, C+D implemented a leading email marketing and campaign automation solution.  The solution connected a targeted email strategy with lead capture forms (via landing pages), and furthered a lead nurturing journey.  By implementing a lead scoring model, the company was able to optimize the transfer of marketing leads over to sales.
