The Coffee + Dunn Leadership Team:
Thomas brings more than 20 years of consulting, corporate and software leadership to his role at Coffee + Dunn, delivering thoughtful and practical solutions to clients. Leadership and hands-on experience have given him a broad understanding of marketing and marketing operations, customer-facing and back-office technologies, finance and supply-chain operations, and business strategy. Having built consulting teams from zero to nearly 50, and led the acquisition of five consulting firms including post-acquisition integration, Thomas understands the challenges of organizational dynamics, P&L responsibility, marketing and competitive positioning often faced by his clients.
Thomas received a BS in mechanical engineering from the University of Texas at Austin, with a concentration in operations research. His executive education includes coursework in strategic planning, financial modeling and marketing strategy. He’s a member of the Marketing Executives Networking Group, the American Marketing Association, and various CMO organizations, and volunteers his time with community organizations including Habitat for Humanity and YMCA.
Eric has spent more than 14 years as a marketer and consultant. He brings a deep understanding of marketing planning, process engineering, customer/buyer behavior, analytics, marketing technology and managerial sciences to U.S. and global b2c and b2b firms. Coffee + Dunn clients appreciate Eric’s ability to shape critical business issues, and his sensitivity to the many downstream implications of leadership decision making. He helps navigate their challenges with rigorous research, creativity and thoughtful solutions. Common across all of Eric’s experiences is a sound approach to problem solving – balancing the realities of day-to-day marketing with business sense and vision.
Eric received an MBA in marketing from Georgia State University and a BS in advertising from the University of Florida, with additional graduate studies in project management and computer information systems management. He’s an active member of the Business Marketing Association and the local business community.
Megan has proven expertise in marketing technology, combining her understanding of marketing dynamics with a specialization in system configuration and implementation, and training design and delivery. She works collaboratively with marketing teams within large, complex entities – helping them address technology challenges, implement the efficient, effective business processes needed to improve performance. Megan applies her experience with passion and integrity to help Coffee + Dunn clients achieve their goals.
Megan has a BS in business/marketing from the University of Missouri in Columbia, holds multiple Aprimo certifications, and is a Salesforce.com certified administrator.
Nancy serves in an advisory capacity with Coffee + Dunn, focusing on the content strategy, creation and management that helps current and prospective clients, as well as members of the marketing community, better understand the myriad of benefits of marketing operations, technology and process in an increasingly complex business environment. With the pressure to produce more deliverables faster, leverage an increasing number of channels and continually prove value, Nancy helps articulate the insights and solutions that help address these challenges.
Nancy has more than 20 years on both the client-side and agency side of marketing, and holds a BS in journalism and mass communications from Iowa State University.
